CRoWW Director speaks at CIPD event

Professor Abigail Marks, Director of CRoWW, was recently invited to speak to senior HR practitioners and executives at a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) South-East of Scotland Branch event. Abigail’s presentation focused on work-life spill-over and how organisations can help employees to manage their work-life balance.   The Branch, which has over 2500 members in the Lothians and Borders region, organises an annual programme of events and provides support to students studying CIPD courses at institutions in the area.
