Centre for Economic Reform & Transformation (CERT)

The Centre for Economic Reform & Transformation (CERT) was established in 1990, with the original focus of transition economies in Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union and East Asia.

With twenty years of monitoring, researching and consultancy, CERT has expanded its research remit to include emerging economies across the world. The Centre offers postgraduate students and visiting scholars a range of educational opportunities.
