Professor Abigail Marks, Director of CRoWW, was recently invited to speak to senior HR practitioners and executives at a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) South-East of Scotland Branch event. Abigail’s presentation focused on work-life spill-over and how organisations can help employees to manage their work-life balance.
