Module aims

  • To introduce students to the field of study know as Organisational Behaviour.
  • To enable students to develop an understanding of human behaviour at work, at the individual, group and organisational level.
  • To provide students with a working appreciation of how work and working conditions can affect health, safety and performance.
  • To encourage a critical understanding of current thinking and approaches in the field.
  • To enable students to apply their knowledge to practical case examples.
