Module aims
- To introduce students to the field of study know as Organisational Behaviour.
- To enable students to develop an understanding of human behaviour at work, at the individual, group and organisational level.
- To provide students with a working appreciation of how work and working conditions can affect health, safety and performance.
- To encourage a critical understanding of current thinking and approaches in the field.
- To enable students to apply their knowledge to practical case examples.
